Ingredients:
For the seared tuna:
- 2 fresh tuna steaks (about 6 ounces each)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the salad:
- Mixed greens (such as baby spinach, arugula, and lettuce)
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the wasabi dressing until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.

Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over high heat. Once hot, add the tuna steaks and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer according to your preference. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced cucumber, avocado, julienned carrot, sliced red bell pepper, and sliced radishes.

Drizzle the wasabi dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.

Slice the seared tuna steaks thinly against the grain.

Arrange the sliced tuna over the dressed salad.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for garnish.
